Jordan Sloshower, MD, MSc is a psychiatrist, researcher, and educator specializing in the therapeutic use of psychedelic medicines. His work centers on integrating these emerging treatments with psychotherapy and other holistic modalities to support comprehensive healing. Dr. Sloshower is a faculty member in the Yale Department of Psychiatry, where he co-founded the Yale Psychedelic Science Group and served as both investigator and therapist in multiple clinical trials on psilocybin-assisted therapy. Dr. Sloshower’s leadership in advancing the ethical and evidence-based use of psychedelic treatments has been recognized in election to the inaugural Board of Directors of the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association and Chacruna Institute’s advisory board. His interdisciplinary approach draws on a background in medical anthropology and global health.
